Pay your driver in cash in EUR, USD or MUR at the rate agreed in your confirmation, or ask for a secure card payment link before your trip. Nothing is charged when you send a request.

Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup by WhatsApp or email. Later cancellations or no-shows are charged 50% of the ride price. Delayed or cancelled flights are never charged.

Every ride uses a spacious, air-conditioned 7-seater car with plenty of legroom and luggage space, so families and groups travel together in comfort. For larger groups, message us on WhatsApp.

Yes, we provide secure infant and toddler seats completely free of charge upon request.

Your driver will be waiting outside the arrival terminal holding a personalized sign with your name.

Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting after your flight lands. For all other pickups, 15 minutes are included.

We track your flight live; your driver adjusts pickup completely free of charge.
